For the past 25+ years I have been in service through food.  I have cooked for many popular teachers and quite diverse audiences and settings of all sizes.  I specialize in meeting a wide spectrum of needs within a group from vegetarian/vegan/raw to more conventional fare. I place a strong emphasis on Organic, Local and Free Range choices. The intentionality I bring to my service is to prepare delicious, healthy and nutritious foods in a peaceful and loving manner… to nourish more than just the physical body.

I am happy to travel with your group to your retreat location and cook on site. I have been serving retreats all over the Northwest and beyond for over 13 years now.  I have several recommendations and ideas for locations where you might like to hold your retreat or meeting.

Menus are Individually Designed
Emphasizing Organic, Local and Free Range
as reasonably possible

These are but a very few samples.  I like to design the menus as the seasons present themselves using what is fresh  seasonal and local first.

Breakfasts may include:
Fresh herb and vegetable frittata and various other egg offerings
Sweet and savory pastries (gluten free options often)
Hot and cold cereal with various milk options
Yogurt, Fruit, toast and nut butters
and of course coffee (organic) and teas

For lunch, I offer a variety of delicious hardy or light soups and stews, such as, West African Peanut, or Thai Lemon Grass, or Delicata Squash with Kale and Shrooms... with a simple salad of fresh greens with homemade dressings or theme salads of Caesar, Tempe, Greek and Wild Rice... Massaged Kale, Gorgonzola /Roasted Walnut/Pear, Roasted Beet with Herbed Chevre...... plus a variety of interesting 'sides'.

Dinners may include:
Fresh Wild Salmon with tropical fruit salsa or cilantro pesto
Indian feast of Dahl, curries or chutneys
Vietnamese spring-rolls with spicy peanut sauce
Greek feast of spanikopita, hummos or falafal (or a lovely vegan/spelt version of spanikopita)
South of the border feasts... eggplant/almond or yam or chicken enchiladas, burrito bars and various wraps...
Asian Lamb and Sweet Potato Stew
Pumpkin and/or Shrimp Coconut Curry over Jasmine Rice

Meals are often complimented with delicious and unique beverages, including organic coffee and teas and served often with fresh baked breads, pastries and desserts... all artfully presented.
Selections are not limited to the above...many others are available.
